         HB 1163     exempt the gross receipts from veterinarian services, animal specialty services, livestock semen, certain transportation services, certain auctions, and newspaper subscriptions from sales and use tax.

         HB 1216     revise the procedure for filing for a property tax credit for renewable resource energy systems.
