         SB 203     clarify the responsibilities of foster parents in regard to foster children.
             Senators Bogue and Koskan and Representatives Smidt, Madsen, Michels, and Teupel

         HB 1075*     modify certain procedures for grand jury returns.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Chief Justice

         HB 1079*     determine the venue of the offense of underage possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Chief Justice

         HB 1077*     permit the court to impose certain costs and fees as part of the disposition for a child adjudicated as a child in need of supervision.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Chief Justice

         HB 1060*     revise the method for and the limitations on imposition of various civil damages for unlawfully taking wild animals.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Department of Game, Fish and Parks

         HB 1032*     revise certain provisions relating to child support.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the South Dakota Commission on Child Support

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
