         SB 200     provide for the taxation of severed mineral interests.

         SB 171     reduce the sales and use tax on food.
             Senators Staggers and Koetzle and Representatives Kooistra, Elliott, Glenski, Kloucek, and McCoy

If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.

BILLS FOR POSSIBLE ACTION WHICH HAVE HAD PRIOR HEARING.

         SB 209     permit certain businesses to remit sales and use tax after the machinery is under production.
             Senators Olson (Ed), Diedtrich (Elmer), and Sutton (Dan) and Representatives Brown (Richard), Derby, Flowers, Jaspers, and Sebert

         SB 166     repeal the sales and use tax on farm machinery, farm attachment units, and irrigation equipment and to increase the school district general fund levy for agricultural property.
             Senator Koskan and Representatives Juhnke, Jensen, and Napoli

         SB 174     provide for a refund of certain taxes attributed to the construction of a new or expanded wind energy generation facilities.
             Senators Symens, Apa, Dennert, Drake, Duxbury, Hutmacher, Koetzle, Moore, Reedy, Sutton (Dan), and Volesky and Representatives Hanson (Gary), Bartling, Burg, Elliott, Hargens, Hundstad, Kloucek, Lange, Nachtigal, Peterson (Jim), Sigdestad, and Van Gerpen

         SB 175     exempt from sales tax certain contract services provided to agricultural producers by an agent of a parent company through a local contracting entity.
             Senators Symens, Dennert, Diedrich (Larry), and Duxbury and Representatives Jaspers, Burg, Hanson (Gary), Juhnke, Lange, and Nachtigal

         SB 179     revise the appeal procedure concerning the factor used for valuing agricultural and nonagricultural property.
