         SB 247     require criminal background checks of employees of community service providers and to prohibit employment of certain persons by community service providers.

         SB 228     provide for DNA testing for certain inmates for the purposes of determining whether they may have been wrongfully convicted.

SB 22     allow for the additional public distribution of sex offender information.

         HB 1075*     modify certain procedures for grand jury returns.

         HB 1079*     determine the venue of the offense of underage possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages.

         HB 1077*     permit the court to impose certain costs and fees as part of the disposition for a child adjudicated as a child in need of supervision.

If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair.
