         SB 170     remove the fee for special vehicle license plates for firefighters.
             Senators Staggers, Apa, Hainje, Koetzle, Sutton (Dan), Symens, and Volesky and Representatives Monroe, Klaudt, Kloucek, and Nesselhuf

         SB 207     prohibit the use of certain hand-held devices by motor vehicle drivers, to provide for certain exemptions, and to provide a penalty therefor.
             Senator de Hueck and Representative Lange

         HB 1119     authorize certain vehicles in the possession of a dealer's car auction agency to be moved with a permit.
             Representatives Abdallah, Broderick, Flowers, McCaulley, Napoli, and Pederson (Gordon) and Senators Munson, Albers, Diedrich (Larry), Moore, Sutton (Dan), and Vitter

         HB 1046*     require certain boats documented by the United States Coast Guard to be registered, to revise certain provisions regarding the numbering of boats, and to allow the Game, Fish and Parks Commission to establish a fee for a temporary boat license.

If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
