         HCR 1002     Petitioning South Dakota's United States Senators to vote in favor of the confirmation of Attorney General nominee John Ashcroft.
             Representatives Frost, Duniphan, Hansen (Tom), Jaspers, Jensen, McCaulley, Rhoden, Slaughter, Sutton (Duane), and Teupel and Senator Diedtrich (Elmer)

         SJR 2     Proposing and submitting to the electors at the next general election amendments to Article XI of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota to prohibit the taxation of income except on banks or financial corporations.
             Senators Staggers, Albers, Drake, and Greenfield and Representatives McCaulley, Hennies (Don), McCoy, and Van Gerpen

         SB 122     provide for certain increases in the state minimum wage.
             Senators Koetzle, Dennert, Duxbury, Hagen, Hutmacher, McIntyre, Reedy, and Volesky and Representatives Flowers, Bradford, Hargens, Hundstad, Kloucek, and Nachtigal

         SB 252     provide for the establishment of the School and Public Lands Paleontology Advisory Council and to prescribe its duties.

         SCR 7     Supporting the designation of U.S. Highway 81 as the Pan-American Highway.
