         SB 149     revise certain provisions related to the housing of prisoners from other jurisdictions.

         SB 167     provide for enhanced penalties if child abuse results in serious bodily injury to a child.

         SB 154     define the practice of law and to increase the penalty for practicing without a license.

         SB 203     clarify the responsibilities of foster parents in regard to foster children.
