         HB 1236     authorize auction agencies to accept for sale vehicles owned by vehicle manufacturers under certain conditions.
             Representatives Konold, Abdallah, Broderick, Brown (Richard), Flowers, and McCaulley and Senators Munson, Albers, Diedtrich (Elmer), Hutmacher, Staggers, Sutton (Dan), and Vitter

         HB 1240     prohibit the Department of Transportation from letting certain bids.
             Representative Napoli

         HB 1249     clarify certain provisions regarding the use of a vehicle on a state highway.
             Representatives Duenwald and Brown (Jarvis) and Senators Drake, Diedtrich (Elmer), Staggers, and Vitter

         SB 18     revise the state trunk highway system.
             The Committee on Transportation at the request of the Department of Transportation

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
