         HB 1126     require any driver involved in a fatal traffic accident to submit to a chemical test.
             Representatives Duenwald, Abdallah, Duniphan, Monroe, Sebert, and Van Etten and Senators Daugaard, Albers, Madden, and Vitter

         HB 1154     clarify the application of certain driving privilege penalties with regard to juvenile adjudications.
             Representatives Adelstein, Abdallah, Brown (Richard), and Duniphan and Senator Whiting

         HB 1160     revise the privilege on communications to clergyman to include certain lay ministers.
             Representatives Brown (Jarvis), Broderick, Monroe, Smidt, and Van Gerpen and Senators Diedtrich (Elmer) and Dennert

         HB 1194     increase certain penalties for unlawful use of computers and computer networks.
             Representatives Smidt and Hansen (Tom) and Senators Bogue and Greenfield

         HB 1202     provide for the recovery of reasonable attorney's fees and costs in actions for deceit.
             Representative McCaulley and Senator Everist

         HB 1198     provide for a possessory lien on the contents of certain towed vehicles.
             Representative Duniphan and Senator Albers

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
