         SCR 4     Approving and supporting the joint powers agreement entered into by the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe and the South Dakota Secretary of State.
             Senators Everist, McCracken, Munson, Olson (Ed), Vitter, and Volesky and Representatives Van Norman, Duniphan, Hansen (Tom), Hennies (Thomas), Holbeck, Lintz, Madsen, McCoy, Murschel, Solum, Valandra, and Wick

         HB 1059*     continue a surcharge on certain hunting licenses and to continuously appropriate the money for certain purposes.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Department of Game, Fish and Parks

         SB 150     revise certain conditions regarding the authorization of bingo or lotteries for restricted purposes and to increase the size of prize certain lotteries may award.

         SB 186     provide for the preservation of certain public broadcasting records of the legislative session.

         SB 120     establish certain wage requirements for the recipients of REDI fund loans.
