HB 1091 *    (Consideration of Senate amendment; SJ 651) make an appropriation to initiate a master of social work degree program in higher education.
HB 1240 *    (Consideration of Senate amendment; SJ 621) prohibit smoking tobacco or carrying lighted tobacco products in certain places and to require certain persons to inform violators of the prohibition.
HB 1254 *    (Consideration of Senate amendment; SJ 586 ) revise the funding of elementary and secondary education and to increase the required minimum size of a school district.
     Revise the index factor in the state aid to education formula.
     Enhance education.
HB 1301 *    (Consideration of Senate amendment; SJ 656) create the South Dakota Ellsworth Development Authority.
SCR 7     (SJ 613) Requesting the State of Nebraska to provide tax relief and amnesty for certain South Dakota trucking companies.

SB 36 *    (Deferred from 34th LD) revise certain drug registration fees and license fees related to health care facilities.
SB 37 *    (Deferred from 34th LD) establish certain immunity for volunteers of the statewide emergency registry of volunteers for South Dakota program.
SB 151 *    (Deferred from 34th LD) provide for a special motor vehicle license plate for parents of members of the United States Armed Forces who died while in service of this country.
