         HCR 1001     Endorsing and promoting a statewide mentoring association.

         SB 121     establish certain benefit requirements for the recipients of REDI fund loans.

         SB 130     provide for a bill of rights for children in the care of the state.

         SB 124     allow for the deposit of certain funds and for the repayment of certain contracts relating to energy savings.

         SB 113     require the use of ethanol blend fuel in certain state vehicles.

         HB 1023*     provide for abuse and neglect screening through the Department of Social Services central registry for certain Department of Corrections employees and volunteers and for employees and volunteers of certain adolescent treatment programs.

         HB 1022*     authorize the Department of Corrections to construct prison industries buildings at the South Dakota State Penitentiary, the Jameson Prison Annex, and the Mike Durfee State Prison, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.

         HB 1066     complete the transfer of state radio services from the Office of the Attorney General to the Bureau of Information and Telecommunications.
