         HB 1198     provide for a possessory lien on the contents of certain towed vehicles.
             Representative Duniphan and Senator Albers

         HB 1145     revise the circumstances under which certain arrests may be effected without a warrant.
             Representatives Clark, Heineman, Hennies (Thomas), Holbeck, McCoy, Monroe, Murschel, and Sutton (Duane) and Senators de Hueck, Ham, Kleven, and Madden

         HB 1157     prohibit the keeping of a place where marijuana is used or distributed.
             Representatives Sebert, Broderick, Fryslie, Koistinen, Smidt, Solum, and Wick and Senators Daugaard and Olson (Ed)

         HB 1126     require any driver involved in a fatal traffic accident to submit to a chemical test.
             Representatives Duenwald, Abdallah, Duniphan, Monroe, Sebert, and Van Etten and Senators Daugaard, Albers, Madden, and Vitter

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
