         SB 183     allow the resignation of the registered agent of a limited liability partnership.
             Senator de Hueck and Representative Madsen

         SB 167     provide for enhanced penalties if child abuse results in serious bodily injury to a child.

         HB 1051*     increase the punishment for felony child abuse of a child under seven years of age and to designate the offense as a crime of violence.

         HB 1057     revise certain provisions regarding the law enforcement authority of conservation officers.

         HB 1064     clarify the law enforcement authority of conservation officers.

         HB 1061*     prohibit certain persons from applying for a hunting, fishing, or trapping license, to provide for an automatic revocation of any license or privilege, and to provide for a penalty for a violation thereof.

         HB 1078*     permit the court to impose certain costs and fees as part of the disposition for a delinquent child.

         HB 1076*     permit certain persons whose driving privileges have been suspended or revoked to attend counseling programs.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
