         SB 47     provide benefit improvements for certain members of the South Dakota Retirement System and to revise the provisions for the purchase of uncredited service by members of the system.
             The Committee on Retirement Laws at the request of the South Dakota Retirement System

         SB 48     revise the eligibility requirements under which certain members of the South Dakota Retirement System can retire without a reduction in benefits.
             The Committee on Retirement Laws at the request of the South Dakota Retirement System

         SB 49     provide a dividend account for members of the South Dakota Retirement System.
             The Committee on Retirement Laws at the request of the South Dakota Retirement System

         SB 136     allow certain annual leave and sick leave accrued by state employees to be counted as credited service for the purpose or determining retirement benefits under certain circumstances.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
