         HB 1108     revise the definition of local effort in the state aid to education formula.
             Representatives Hennies (Thomas), Adelstein, Derby, Hennies (Don), Lintz, and McCoy and Senators Ham, Madden, McCracken, and Vitter

         HB 1127     modify the procedure for the remittance of the 911 surcharge.
             Representatives Duenwald, Bartling, Brown (Jarvis), Garnos, Juhnke, and Slaughter and Senators Drake, Brosz, de Hueck, Hutmacher, Koskan, McIntyre, Putnam, Symens, and Vitter

         HB 1137     restrict certain developmental or technical fees associated with the sale of agricultural seed, chemical, and fertilizer products.
             Representatives Kloucek, Flowers, Lange, and Nachtigal and Senators Moore, Dennert, and Hutmacher

         HB 1161     revise the distribution of certain gaming tax revenues.
             Representatives Clark, Begalka, Jensen, Klaudt, Slaughter, and Sutton (Duane) and Senator Koskan
