         SB 78     provide for increased penalties for exceeding the speed limit in school zones.
             Senators Kleven, Albers, Brosz, Ham, McCracken, Olson (Ed), Reedy, and Vitter and Representatives Rhoden, Frost, Hennies (Don), Hennies (Thomas), Jensen, McCoy, Pummel, Teupel, and Van Etten

         SB 85     prohibit certain persons from receiving a permit to carry a concealed pistol.
             Senators Albers, Apa, Hutmacher, McCracken, and Olson (Ed) and Representatives Madsen, Abdallah, Flowers, Hennies (Thomas), Jaspers, Konold, Pederson (Gordon), Peterson (Bill), Smidt, and Solum

         SB 104     provide that the spouse be appointed guardian in certain circumstances.
             Senator Staggers and Representatives Kooistra, Begalka, Peterson (Bill), and Van Gerpen

         SB 105     prohibit inmate telephone charges.

         HB 1071*     revise the time criterion for the termination of certain liens and encumbrances.

         HB 1050*     revise certain provisions regarding genetic testing and analysis in paternity cases.

         HB 1056     increase the penalty for violation of certain fur dealer license requirements.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Department of Game, Fish and Parks

         HB 1057     revise certain provisions regarding the law enforcement authority of conservation officers.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Department of Game, Fish and Parks

         HB 1064     clarify the law enforcement authority of conservation officers.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Department of Game, Fish and Parks

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
