         HB 1053     revise the requirements for dispositional decrees entered by the courts for abused and neglected children.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Social Services

         HB 1074     prohibit discrimination against health care providers by health insurers.
             Representatives Monroe, Flowers, Kloucek, McCoy, Napoli, and Van Gerpen and Senators Sutton (Dan), Kleven, McIntyre, and Putnam

         SB 23     revise certain provisions related to the filing of marriage records and rule-making authority regarding vital records.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Health

         SB 31     revise certain requirements of the Division of Rehabilitation Services in contested cases.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Human Services

If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
