         HB 1086     permit municipalities to transfer certain revenues to school districts.
             Representative Napoli and Senator Drake

         SB 13     allow a school district to deposit the proceeds from the sale of surplus property into its capital outlay fund.
             Senators Diedrich (Larry), Brosz, Everist, Hutmacher, McIntyre, Munson, and Reedy and Representatives Garnos, Brown (Richard), Heineman, Juhnke, and Pummel at the request of the Interim Education Committee

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
