         SB 3     revise the health information privacy rule-making authority of the director of insurance to include nonpublic personal financial information.
             Senators Ham and Madden and Representatives McCoy, Monroe, and Slaughter at the request of the Interim Judiciary Committee

SB 39     establish standards for disability insurance.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Commerce and Regulation

         SB 43     establish within the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners a disciplinary committee and an ethics committee and to authorize a fee for peer review.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Commerce and Regulation

         SB 44     provide reciprocity for the licensing of insurance producers.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Commerce and Regulation
             (Limited to Insurance Department explanation. Public testimony will be scheduled for a later hearing of the bill)    

         SB 74     add the Student Loan Marketing Association to certain existing permitted investments of insurers and to declare an emergency.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
