         HB 1075     modify certain procedures for grand jury returns.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Chief Justice

         HB 1076     revise certain provisions relating to the suspension and revocation of drivers' licenses and permits.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Chief Justice

         HB 1077     permit the court to impose certain costs and fees as part of the disposition for a child adjudicated as a child in need of supervision.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Chief Justice

         HB 1078     permit the court to impose certain costs and fees as part of the disposition for a delinquent child.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Chief Justice

         HB 1079     repeal certain provisions that determine the situs of the offense of underage possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Chief Justice

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
