         HB 1012     reduce the legal blood alcohol limits for motor vehicle drivers.
             The Committee on Transportation at the request of the Department of Transportation

         HB 1013     authorize commercial motor vehicle drivers to temporarily rest at interstate rest areas for a longer period of time.
             The Committee on Transportation at the request of the Department of Transportation

         HB 1081     require the installation of certain supplemental guide signs on the interstate highway system and state highway system.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
