         HB 1080     permit applicable sales taxes to be applied as part of the collection costs and expenses for dishonored checks.
             Representatives Brown (Richard), Abdallah, Davis, Flowers, Jaspers, Peterson (Jim), Slaughter, and Teupel and Senators Bogue, Daugaard, Koetzle, and McCracken

         SB 45     allow alcohol beverage license suspension or revocation hearings to be held in a location other than the county where the license has been applied for or has been issued.
             The Committee on Taxation at the request of the Department of Revenue

         SB 65     clarify that the estates of certain nonresidents are subject to the estate tax.
             The Committee on Taxation at the request of the Department of Revenue

If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
