         SB 72     revise the crime of vehicular homicide.
             Senators Volesky, Dennert, Hagen, Hutmacher, Koetzle, McIntyre, Reedy, and Symens and Representatives Van Norman and Hennies (Thomas)

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.

         SB 1     require written informed consent before genetic testing.
             Senators Madden and Ham and Representatives McCoy and Slaughter at the request of the Interim Judiciary Committee

         SB 70     require certain statistics regarding traffic law enforcement to be collected and maintained.
