HB 1081 *    (Consideration of Senate amendment; SJ 570) make an appropriation for operation costs of the 24/7 sobriety program and to declare an emergency.
HB 1177 *    (Consideration of Senate amendment; SJ 549) revise the definition of transmission facilities.
HB 1233 *    (Consideration of Senate amendment; SJ 624) revise certain provisions regarding the campaign finance reporting of the expenditures of certain organizations.
HB 1239 *    (Consideration of Senate amendments; SJ 625, 626) create the South Dakota Boxing Commission and to provide for the supervision of boxing, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts competitions and sparring exhibitions in the state.
HCR 1017     (HJ 654) Urging a finding by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service that the black-tailed prairie dog is not likely to become an endangered species.

     Require the Bureau of Administration to prepare a report regarding the energy efficiency of state agencies.
SB 130 *    require written consent for the issuance of certain disinterment permits.

SB 100 *    (Removed from Consent Calendar) revise the method of taxation of certain tobacco products.
     Revise the method of sale of certain tobacco products.
SB 155     (Deferred from 33rd LD) provide for the revision of certain offensive geographic place names.
SB 158 *    (Deferred from 33rd LD) provide for the recall of certain officials in third class municipalities.
SB 129 *    (Deferred from 33rd LD) revise certain conditions that must be met before an extension of State Highway 53 in Tripp County is added to the state trunk highway system.
SB 80 *    (Deferred from 33rd LD) revise the property tax levies for the general fund of a school district.
SB 140 *    (Deferred from 33rd LD) allow school districts to enter into contractual agreements to provide for the whole-grade sharing of students.
SB 185 *    (Deferred from 33rd LD) revise the graduation requirements for students entering ninth grade in 2010 and thereafter by eliminating the option of the basic high school program.
SB 190     (Deferred from 33rd LD) revise certain allocations for disabilities in the state aid for special education formula.
SB 77 *    (Deferred from 33rd LD) repeal the maximum number of off-sale alcoholic beverage licenses that may be issued to any person, corporation, or business entity and to establish requirements for physical barriers for certain off-sale alcoholic beverage establishments.
SB 164     (Deferred from 33rd LD) revise the General Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2009 to fund the South Dakota Opportunity Scholarship.
SB 107     (Deferred from 33rd LD) revise certain provisions regarding the posting of the penalty for the illegal use of a designated parking space for a person with a physical disability.
SB 106 *     (Deferred from 33rd LD) revise the index factor in the state aid to general education formula, to set a maximum per student allocation for school districts with an excess general fund balance, and to require the Legislature to estimate general fund revenues for the current fiscal year and the next fiscal year.
     Enhance education in South Dakota.
SB 165 *    provide for the authorization of certain private, nonprofit benevolent organizations to assist in funding certain school curricula, activities, and programs.
SB 90 *    increase the number of varieties of malt beverages, wine, distilled spirits, liqueur, and cordials that an off-sale alcoholic beverage licensee may offer for sampling in one day.
SB 36 *    revise certain drug registration fees and license fees related to health care facilities

SB 37 *    establish certain immunity for volunteers of the statewide emergency registry of volunteers for South Dakota program.
SB 151 *    provide for a special motor vehicle license plate for parents of members of the United States Armed Forces who died while in service of this country.
SB 32 *    increase certain fees related to the use of motor vehicles.
SB 160 *    revise the grounds for which a license of an athletic trainer may be revoked, suspended, or canceled.
SB 3 *    revise certain provisions concerning the assessment of agricultural land.
SB 149 *     revise the annual property tax levies for the general fund of a school district.
     Revise certain provisions regarding the general fund levies of school districts.

SC 15     (SJ 630) Honoring Anna Joy Thvedt, of Beresford, South Dakota's Junior Miss 2009.
SC 16     (SJ 630) Congratulating Ryan Kocer for winning the 2008 ESPY Award for “Best Male Athlete With a Disability”.
SC 17     (SJ 631) Honoring the 2008 Chamberlain Girls' Cross Country Team and the students and staff involved in the girls' cross country program.
SC 18     (SJ 631) Commending and honoring the 2008-2009 Madison High School Lady Bulldogs Gymnastics Team for its fifteenth consecutive state championship title in Class A Gymnastics and for setting the national record for consecutive gymnastics state championships.
