         HB 1029     abolish the Board of Service to the Blind and Visually Impaired.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Human Services

         HB 1027     abolish the Board of Vocational Rehabilitation.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Human Services

         HB 1028     revise the composition of the review panel of interpreters for the deaf and hard of hearing.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Human Services

         HB 1026     provide rule-making authority for certain fees for the certification of interpreters for the deaf.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Human Services

         HB 1030     revise the rehabilitation services provided at public cost to disabled and visually impaired persons based on economic need to include postsecondary tuition and fees.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Human Services

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
