SB 8 *    (Consideration of House Amendment, HJ 551) revise certain provisions relating to the promulgation of rules to set various licensing and other fees for certain professions and occupations.
SB 38     (Consideration of House Amendment, HJ 550) require school districts to keep contiguous boundaries when reorganizing.
SB 64 *    (Consideration of House Amendment, HJ 631) establish certain energy efficiency disclosure requirements for new residential buildings.
SB 91 *     (Consideration of House Amendment, HJ 550, 633) allow certain school districts, for a period of five years, to expend capital outlay funds for certain transportation costs, for the purchase of property and casualty insurance, and for energy costs, and the cost of utilities.

HCR 1016     (HJ 608) Urging the United States Fish and Wildlife Service and the Western Area Power Administration to avoid overly restrictive wildlife criteria and overly burdensome procedural requirements that create unnecessary delays in the siting of wind energy development projects.

HB 1215 *    (Deferred from 30th LD) ) transfer funds from the tax relief fund to the general fund and to revise certain provisions concerning the effective date of the collection allowance.
HB 1060 *    (Deferred from 33rd LD) ) revise certain provisions regarding the mortgage lender business and to provide for fees and penalties related thereto.
HB 1241 *    (Deferred from 33rd LD) provide for the delivery of special education or special education and related services to a child during the child's transition from one state school district to another.
     Clarify that certain special education placements are not suspensions or expulsions.
HB 1007 *    increase certain noncommercial and commercial motor vehicle license fees and to increase the fuel excise tax on certain fuel used by motor vehicles.
HB 1070 *    revise certain fees pertaining to seed permits and nursery certificates of inspection.
HB 1072 *     repeal certain provisions concerning the delayed remittance of sales and use taxes for certain businesses.
     Increase the gross receipts tax imposed on visitor-related businesses.

HB 1260 *    require that a request for proposals be issued for certain state contracts for professional services.
