         SB 36     revise nonrenewal and preexisting condition provisions and to correct outdated references for health insurance plans.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Commerce and Regulation

         SB 37     revise certain requirements for continuation and conversion of employer health plans.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Commerce and Regulation

         SB 39     establish standards for disability insurance.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Commerce and Regulation

         SB 58     establish certain fees for filing and indexing records pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code, to establish a fund, and to appropriate the fund.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Secretary of State

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
