         HB 1036     prevent commercial drivers from operating commercial motor vehicles while the driver, the commercial motor vehicle, or the motor carrier operation is subject to an out-of-service order.
             The Committee on Transportation at the request of the Department of Commerce and Regulation

         HB 1038     update certain provisions pertaining to motor carrier safety and transportation of hazardous materials.
             The Committee on Transportation at the request of the Department of Commerce and Regulation

         HB 1046     require certain boats documented by the United States Coast Guard to be registered and to revise certain provisions regarding the numbering of boats.
             The Committee on Transportation at the request of the Department of Revenue

         HB 1047     revise certain provisions regarding leased or rented boats, to revise certain provisions regarding boat license tags, and to revise certain provisions regarding the exemptions from the excise tax on boats.

         HB 1055     revise the time by which an annual identification fee must be paid by certain motor carriers.
             The Committee on Transportation at the request of the Public Utilities Commission

         HB 1065     require certain leased snowmobiles to be titled and licensed in South Dakota and to provide a penalty for violations thereof.
             The Committee on Transportation at the request of the Department of Game, Fish and Parks

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
