         SB 4     regulate the disclosure of and access to a patient's health care information.
             Senators Ham and Madden and Representatives McCoy and Slaughter at the request of the Interim Judiciary Committee

         SB 23     revise certain provisions related to the filing of marriage records and rule-making authority regarding vital records.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Health

         SB 31     revise certain requirements of the Division of Rehabilitation Services in contested cases.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Human Services

         SB 32     revise the notice of hearing requirements pertaining to costs on petitions for authority to administer psychotropic medication.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Human Services

         SB 33     proscribe the crime of assisting in the escape of an involuntarily committed person from the South Dakota Human Services Center or the South Dakota Developmental Center and to provide penalties therefor.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Human Services

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
