     On page 1 , between lines 7 and 8 of the printed bill , insert:

"      Section 2. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund the sum of one hundred eighty- five thousand dollars ($185,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary, to the Board of Regents to support summer school programs at the School for the Blind and the Visually Impaired.

     Section 3. To carry out the purposes of this Act, the FTE staffing level authorized for the School for the Blind and Visually Impaired is increased by 3.5 FTE positions and staffing level authorized for the School for the Deaf is increased by 2 FTE positions. "
