     On page 1 , line 4 of the printed bill , delete " appropriated " and insert " transferred " .

     On page 1 , delete lines 5 to 7 , inclusive , and insert " ($3,000,000) to the antitrust special revenue fund. " .

     On page 1 , delete lines 8 to 11 , inclusive , and insert:

"      Section 2. That § 1-11-6.1 be amended to read as follows:

     1-11-6.1.   There is hereby created in the state treasury a continuous "antitrust special revenue fund." This fund may receive funds paid to the state of South Dakota as a result of judgments or settlements of antitrust lawsuits. All money in the fund is continuously appropriated for the purposes provided in § §  1-11-6.2 and 1-11-6.3.

     Section 3. That § 1-11-6.3 be amended to read as follows:

     1-11-6.3.   All money in the fund not subject to the provisions of §  1-11-6.2 may be expended by the attorney general for the purpose of antitrust enforcement, including the staffing and operation of the division of antitrust enforcement. The attorney general is hereby authorized to make deposits into and disbursements from said fund , pursuant to order of a court, on vouchers approved by him.

     Section 4. The division is authorized ten full-time equivalent positions. "
