Section 2. That chapter 32-22 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as

for operating a motor vehicle in violation of the provisions of

32-22-2 to 32-22-33, inclusive, the
court in which the conviction is obtained shall revoke or suspend the driver's operators license and
commercial drivers license, if applicable, for a period not to exceed one year.
