     The Department of Social Services shall reimburse the Department of Corrections for any domestic abuse and violence training as prescribed in section 4 of this Act. The Department of Social Services shall use funding received from the Violence Against Women Act, set out in Title IV of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994. "
