CONSIDERATION OF REPORTS OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEES

SB 0030      revise the procedures and causes for revocation of certain hunting, fishing, and trapping privileges, and to provide a penalty.
SB 0060      provide for the revocation of the driving privileges of certain persons who are under the influence of illegal substances while driving or riding in a motor vehicle.
          revise the provisions for motorcycle instruction permits and to provide for the issuance of restricted motorcycle minor's permits.
HB 1096      assign liability for certain attempts to prevent or delay the control or eradication of weeds or the mountain pine beetle.

SB 0141      establish a monitor within the juvenile corrections system and to provide for certain legislative review and study of the state's correctional system.
