HISTORIC CAPITOL NOTE
In 1910, the statehouse employees, had a baseball team, a basketball team and a whist club. All employees, after having circulated a petition, were given one Saturday afternoon to watch the statehouse baseball team play the Indian School at Sportsman's Park. Thirty-five women who worked in the capitol in 1914 formed the Capitol Lake Boat Club. Pierre Since 1910, Harold H. Schuler
