revise certain provisions relating to open enrollment.

allow certain driver education courses from other states to be used to meet the
requirements for a restricted minor's permit.

require municipalities to provide boundary change information to the Department
of Revenue to facilitate the development of a simplified sales tax collection system.

require a removal agency to notify a county sheriff or chief of police after
removing certain motor vehicles.

revise and repeal certain hunting, trapping, and fishing activities, restrictions, and

HISTORIC CAPITOL NOTE
The terms of the office of the members of the legislature shall be two years; they shall receive for their
services the sum of five dollars for each day's attendance during the session of the legislature, and five
cents for every mile of necessary travel in going to and returning from the place of meeting of the
legislature on the most usual route. (Constitution of South Dakota, Article III, Rule 6)
