HB 1015      revise certain provisions relating to open enrollment.
HB 1031*      allow certain driver education courses from other states to be used to meet the requirements for a restricted minor's permit.
HB 1037*      require municipalities to provide boundary change information to the Department of Revenue to facilitate the development of a simplified sales tax collection system.
HB 1122*      require a removal agency to notify a county sheriff or chief of police after removing certain motor vehicles.
HB 1022*      revise and repeal certain hunting, trapping, and fishing activities, restrictions, and prohibitions, and certain game and fish storage and transportation requirements, and to provide for a penalty.
HB 1025      revise certain definitions relating to migratory birds, waterfowl, and small game and require certain hunting permits and licenses when hunting sandhill crane and snipe.
HB 1113      authorize certain evidence in the defense of a violation for a sale of alcoholic beverages to a person under the age of twenty-one.

HB 1048      (deferred from 23rd LD) allow the Department of Revenue to grant a business a statewide sales tax permit.
HB 1059      (deferred from 23rd LD) clarify persons required to report child abuse or neglect.
HB 1123      (deferred from 23rd LD) revise who may administer oaths and take proof or acknowledgment.
HB 1140*      (deferred from 23rd LD) provide for the charging of a fee for the redemption of a tax sale.
HB 1204      (deferred from 23rd LD) allow for the increase of drainage permit fees.
HB 1028*      permit the provision of certain drugs and drug samples by physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and nurse midwives.

HC 1016      (HJ 552) Honoring South Dakota State University's marching band as the state's lone entrant in this nation's millennium parade on July 4, 2000, in Washington, D.C.
HC 1017      (HJ 552) Honoring Denice Schofield of Philip as a recipient of the Prudential Spirit of Community Award.
HISTORIC CAPITOL NOTE
The terms of the office of the members of the legislature shall be two years; they shall receive for their services the sum of five dollars for each day's attendance during the session of the legislature, and five cents for every mile of necessary travel in going to and returning from the place of meeting of the legislature on the most usual route. (Constitution of South Dakota, Article III, Rule 6)
