SB 0023      allow certain children to be included as a level two, three, four, or five disability for the purpose of calculating special education state aid.
HB 1030*      define the duties of a motor carrier enforcement officer and to revise certain provisions regarding motor carrier inspectors.
HB 1035*      repeal certain provisions regarding health insurance on a franchise plan.
          revise certain provisions regarding health insurance on a franchise plan and to allow for discounts.
HB 1045      adopt the Interstate Nurse Licensure Compact and to establish South Dakota's participation in the interstate compact.
HB 1077      revise the requirements for maintaining an owner-occupied single-family dwelling classification.
HB 1085      clarify that certain group policies are required to provide coverage for biologically- based mental illnesses and diabetes supplies, equipment, and education.

SB 0207      (deferred from 20th LD) require orientation for school board members.
SB 0184*      (deferred from 21st LD) authorize the construction of an inmate housing unit on the grounds of the state penitentiary complex in Minnehaha County, to make an appropriation therefor, to authorize local governments to contract with the state for the care of local prisoners, and to declare an emergency.
SB 0005*      require certain reforms of health benefit plans issued before July 1, 1996.
SB 0020*      provide for the crime of identity theft.
SB 0070*      allow motor vehicle ownership to be transferred to a designated beneficiary in the event that the owner dies.
