HISTORIC CAPITOL NOTE
On the 15th Legislative Day, Mr. Fairbanks presented a petition which was adopted by the Senate
to order that the Sergeant at Arms cause to be numbered the hooks in the cloak room, and that each
Senator have the exclusive use of a hook corresponding to the number of the District he represents.
