(intent to reconsider vote by which lost, amended SJ 17th LD) create a
classification for owner-operated commercial business property and to establish a
maximum property tax levy on owner-operated commercial business property for
the general fund tax levy of a school district.

development district board members.

require candidates for county commissioner to be residents of the district when
