(removed from Consent Calendar, SJ 36-37) define the duty of insurers and rights
of consumers with regard to auto insurance damage claims.
SB 0007*
(SJ 43) remove the legal presumption of correctness which attaches to the assessed
valuation determined by the director of equalization.
SB 0014
revise the opening and closing times for polls.
SB 0015
define who may be appointed as a member of the precinct election board if a list
is not provided by a party's county central committee.
SB 0016
require a candidate's financial statement to be filed biannually until disposition of
all funds and payment of all obligations.

(SJ 42) revise the procedures and causes for revocation of certain hunting, fishing,
and trapping privileges, and to provide a penalty.

repeal the requirement that the Department of Human Services establish a training
program for interpreters for the deaf.
