SB 1 *    (Consideration of House Amendment, HJ 587) clarify, repeal, update, and make form and style revisions to certain statutes related to the Department of Game, Fish and Parks.
SB 105 *    (Consideration of House Amendment, HJ 510) require the State Brand Board to provide certain reports and information and to provide for Senate confirmation for Brand Board members.

HB 1067 *     repeal certain provisions regarding state aid payments for increasing and decreasing enrollment.
     Allow the voters of a school district to discontinue school board representation areas.
HB 1101     allow affidavits for change of judge in habeas corpus actions.
HB 1265     allow sellers to receive attorney fees in actions involving the disclosure statement required for certain real estate transfers.
HB 1268 *    revise certain provisions concerning the maximum number of alcoholic beverage retail licenses that may be held by any person, corporation, or business.

HB 1240 *    (Deferred from 31st LD) prohibit smoking tobacco or carrying lighted tobacco products in certain places and to require certain persons to inform violators of the prohibition.
HB 1177 *    (Deferred from 31st LD) revise the definition of transmission facilities.
HB 1233     (Deferred from 31st LD) revise certain provisions regarding the campaign finance reporting of the expenditures of certain organizations.
HB 1239 *    (Deferred from 31st LD) create the South Dakota Boxing Commission and to provide for the supervision of boxing, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts competitions and sparring exhibitions in the state.
HB 1255 *    (Deferred from 31st LD) revise certain provisions concerning the telecommunications gross receipts tax.
HB 1081 *    make an appropriation for operation costs of the 24/7 sobriety program and to declare an emergency.
HB 1149 *    allow a person or entity to offer postsecondary education credit in South Dakota while seeking accreditation from a recognized accrediting agency.
HB 1166 *    provide for DNA testing for certain inmates for the purposes of determining whether they may have been wrongfully convicted.
HB 1167     revise the statute of frauds with respect to the sale of grain, grain sorghums, beans, and oilseeds.
