SB 0181*      award honorary high school diplomas to certain veterans of World War II.
          Senators Kloucek, Drake, Lange, and Vitter and Representatives Cerny, Chicoine, Crisp, Fryslie, Hanson, Kazmerzak, Kooistra, Nachtigal, Napoli, Patterson, Putnam, Sebert, Sutton (Duane), Waltman, Weber, and Wilson

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.

SB 0185      create the South Dakota teacher forgivable loan program and to appropriate money therefor.

SB 0023      allow certain children to be included as a level two, three, four, or five disability for the purpose of calculating special education state aid.
