SB 0141*      establish the South Dakota Corrections Committee and a monitor within the juvenile corrections system.

SB 0206*      revise certain provisions regarding liability for the bank franchise tax.

HCR 1014      Memorializing Congress to provide appropriate funding and support for veterans' hospitals.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.

SB 0108*      provide for DNA testing for certain inmates for the purposes of determining whether they may have been wrongfully convicted.
