SB 0171*      revise certain provisions regarding consumer installment sales contracts.
          Senators Brown (Arnold), Lawler, and Shoener and Representatives Earley, Broderick, Konold, and Peterson

SB 0176      allow holders of installment sales contracts to collect a charge for a payment device returned for nonpayment.
          Senators Bogue, Halverson, Lawler, Paisley, and Shoener and Representatives Earley, Broderick, Konold, and Peterson

SB 0090      establish license requirements for well pump installers and well repairers.
          Senators Hutmacher and Dunn (Jim) and Representatives Brooks, Broderick, and Sebert

SB 0136*      prohibit certain activities regarding certain imported cigarettes or tobacco products.
          Senators Moore, Albers, and Flowers and Representatives Apa, Davis, Koskan, and Patterson

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
