SB 0046      require the payment of cigarette taxes in certain instances.

SB 0051*      provide for the waiver or compromise of unpaid interest on inheritance tax under certain circumstances.
          Senators Bogue, Daugaard, Everist, and Olson and Representatives Michels, Brown (Richard), and Hunt

SB 0165*      provide farm wineries certain privileges related to the purchase, sale, and service of certain alcoholic beverages and to permit farm wineries to obtain on-sale liquor licenses.
          allow a farm winery to hold an on-sale retail license.

SB 0047      provide special assessment authority to ambulance districts.
          Senators Symens and Hainje and Representatives Hanson and Jaspers

SB 0122*      allow the Department of Revenue to suspend a motor vehicle license, title, or registration if the check used to pay for the motor vehicle's fees is dishonored, to require the department to issue credit to the county treasurer, and to revise the fee that political subdivisions may charge for dishonored checks.

SB 0069*      exempt materials used in certain construction projects outside of the state from the use tax.

SB 0170*      revise the provisions relating to the establishment of separate market values in neighborhoods.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
