SB 0054*      permit schools to display religious documents under certain circumstances.

SB 0055      revise certain administrative rules with regard to minimum medication administration training for adjustment training center employees.

SB 0199*      revise property tax levies for the general fund of a school district.

SB 0202*      revise certain provisions relating to conciliation of labor disputes.
          Senators Paisley, Munson (David), and Valandra and Representatives Lucas, Koetzle, Kooistra, McIntyre, and Roe

SB 0108*      provide for DNA testing for certain inmates for the purposes of determining whether they may have been wrongfully convicted.
          Senators Staggers and Albers and Representatives Koehn, Klaudt, Koetzle, and Patterson

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
