SB 0009      provide for the extension of certain definitions relating to tax assessments.
          Senators Vitter, Madden, Paisley, and Symens and Representatives Young, Chicoine, Engbrecht, Juhnke, Lintz, McNenny, Sebert, Slaughter, Sutton (Duane), and Waltman at the request of the Interim Tax Assessment Committee

SB 0007*      remove the legal presumption of correctness which attaches to the assessed valuation determined by the director of equalization.
          Senators Symens, Madden, and Vitter and Representatives McNenny, Chicoine, Engbrecht, Juhnke, Lintz, Sebert, Slaughter, Sutton (Duane), Waltman, and Young at the request of the Interim Tax Assessment Committee

SB 0008      revise certain provisions relating to the establishment of a separate market value for land in an identifiable region.
          Senators Symens, Madden, Paisley, and Vitter and Representatives Waltman, Chicoine, Engbrecht, Juhnke, Lintz, McNenny, Sebert, Slaughter, Sutton (Duane), and Young at the request of the Interim Tax Assessment Committee

SB 0045      authorize the Governor to enter into a multi-state compact for the development, implementation, and administration of a simplified sales and use tax collection system.
          The Committee on Taxation at the request of the Department of Revenue

SB 0094      revise the procedure for the combined description of lots or tracts assessed to the same person in the same block for tax purposes.

SB 0191      revise the income eligibility requirements for property tax and sales tax refunds.
          Senators Kleven, Benson, Bogue, Dennert, Drake, Dunn (Rebecca), Duxbury, Frederick, Hainje, Lange, Madden, Olson, Rounds, Staggers, and Symens and Representatives Richter, Cerny, Clark, Derby, Klaudt, Lintz, McCoy, McNenny, Munson (Donald), Pummel, Putnam, and Sutton (Daniel)

SB 0157*      clarify the reporting and collection of the telecommunications access fee for the deaf, hearing impaired, and speech impaired.
          Senators Daugaard and Brosz and Representatives Koskan and Broderick

SB 0167*      clarify who is responsible to file the return and remit the sales tax due from auctions.
          Senators Benson and Bogue and Representatives Juhnke and Koskan

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
