HB 1147      revise the index factor in the state aid to education formula.

HB 1243      create a tobacco prevention and cessation program and trust fund and to make an appropriation therefor.

HB 1264      create the South Dakota senior citizens' pharmaceutical assistance trust fund and the South Dakota senior citizens' pharmaceutical assistance interest fund, and to designate the interest fund for a program to assist low-income seniors to purchase medications and pharmaceuticals.
