SB 0023      allow certain children to be included as a level two, three, four, or five disability for the purpose of calculating special education state aid.

SB 0087      provide certain financial and academic benefits to teachers who have obtained national certification.

SB 0185      create the South Dakota teacher forgivable loan program and to appropriate money therefor.
